Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how B2B Growth Hub Limited (company no. 13818816, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) uses cookies and similar technologies on the B2B Growth Expo admin platform and mobile application (together, the "Service"). Read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so it can remember something about your visit — for example, that you are signed in. “Similar technologies” includes things like local storage, session storage, and device identifiers used by mobile apps, which perform a similar function.
2. How we use cookies
We keep cookie usage minimal. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data to ad networks. The cookies and similar technologies we do use fall into three categories:
a. Strictly necessary
Required to run the Service. These cannot be switched off in our system.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sessionToken | Keeps you signed in to the admin dashboard. Set after a successful login. | 24 hours |
better-auth.session_token | Back-end session used by Better Auth to authenticate admin requests. | Session |
Local storage: sessionToken | Mirrors the session cookie so the client-side app can detect a signed-in state without an extra network round-trip. | Until signed out |
| Mobile-app secure storage: JWT | Authenticates mobile-app requests to the API. Expires after 7 days or when you sign out. | Up to 7 days |
b. Functional
Help the Service remember choices you make, such as filters or last selected event. Stored in local storage rather than cookies. Can be cleared by signing out or clearing site data in your browser.
c. Analytics / performance
If enabled for a given deployment, our hosting provider (Vercel) collects anonymised, aggregated traffic metrics to help us keep the Service fast and reliable. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
3. Cookies we do NOT use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Social-media tracking pixels.
- Cross-site behavioural profiling.
4. Managing your preferences
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. For the mobile app, you can clear stored tokens by signing out or uninstalling the app.
